Arbor Day is a day set aside each year to plant trees and honor their numerous benefits. Although national observance takes place in April, Georgia celebrates the holiday on the third Friday in February to utilize ideal planting conditions.

Seedling Giveaway!

Keep Haralson Beautiful will be giving away tree seedlings from the Georgia Forestry Commission on Saturday, February 14th from 9 a.m. until noon at the HUB in downtown Bremen. Catalpa, Red Oak and Bald Cypress are the options for your planting. You can reserve up to 5 seedlings.
